Processing of personal data - contact form

Information clause
Contact form for the Ruch Chrześcijański Mt28 (known also as Campus Crusade for Christ Poland) or the Fundacja Mt28 (Mt28 Foundation)

In accordance with Article 13 paragraphs 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as the GDPR, we inform you that:

1. Regardless of the entity to which you provide your personal data, their Joint Controllers are: Ruch Chrześcijański and Fundacja Mt28 with its registered office in Warsaw, 02-798, ul. Polnej Róży 1C (hereinafter referred to as the Joint Controllers or, respectively, the Movement or the Foundation);

2. We have appointed a data protection officer whom you can contact by e-mail: iod@mt28.pl or by sending correspondence to the address of the selected Joint Controller with the note "IOD";

3. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of providing you with information on our activities and projects resulting from the statutory objectives of the Fundacja Mt28, i.e. the pursuit of the legitimate interests of the Ruch Chrześcijański Mt28 or the Fundacja Mt28, based on Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the General GDPR Regulation;

4. Your personal data will not be transferred to other entities, except for entities authorized to process them under applicable law and entities providing services necessary for ongoing operations, with whom the Ruch Chrześcijański Mt28 or the Fundacja Mt28 has entered into data processing agreements, in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR.

5. Your personal data will be processed until you object to such processing.

6. By contacting our Data Protection Officer, you can exercise your rights under the GDPR:

  • The right to access your personal data, in accordance with Article 15 of the GDPR;
  • The right to rectify your personal data, in accordance with Article 16 of the GDPR;
  • The right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data, in accordance with Article 18 of the GDPR, subject to the cases referred to in Article 18(2);
  • The right to object to the processing of your data, in accordance with Article 21 of the GDPR;
  • The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office – if you believe that your data is being processed in a manner inconsistent with applicable law.

7. Due to the fact that the legal basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, you cannot exercise the right to:

  • delete personal data, in accordance with Article 17 of the GDPR,
  • port personal data, in accordance with Article 20 of the GDPR,
  • withdraw consent to data processing (the equivalent of this right is the right to object);
  •  

8. Providing your personal data is voluntary, but necessary to achieve the data processing purposes specified above.

9. Your data will not be processed in an automated manner, including profiling.
